You should check out these rugs by Aspen Carpet Designs. They have created rug options pretty close to to the one you liked from "Something's Gotta Give".

I hope this helps. :)

The blue and white rug in the lounge was originally a huge antique Drury rug which was cut and re sewn for the set.

I found this out from Skirted Round table as they did an interview with the designer. You can find a link to the audio of the interview and more information if you go to my blog and follow the links!

I love it too :) Hope this helps

I know Dash and Albert have very similar rugs, so maybe that's an option? Good luck with the search, and that room - perfection! K xx

So true...it is the perfect room.
Have you tried ABC in New york. www.abchome.com
I found a similar rug there many years ago.
You may get lucky :)

Have a wonderful weekend Pam!

Wish I could help...just now getting into the "fun-stuff" for the house. I'm sure you'll find it, or something similar...saying rug prayers.

definitely looks like an original with the mixed matched stripes and all. I personally love Elizabeeth Eakins rugs and also as Kerri said - Dash and Albert have lots of stripes . . . or get some rugs cut them up and recreate it :) Love the look of the original idea!!! . . .xo liz

It looks like there is more than one rug. Albert and Dash may have something similar.

I love the rug too. The whole house is so delicious!! I also listeded to the skirted roundtable discussion about the house decor. The set designer also did "It's complicated". That interview is really interesting, something to turn on while working on the computer.

Thank you for visiting the market today, I'll stop by red ticking on madison soon!
