one of my many passions...

when summertime arrives, i get butterflies...
i know that i can wear my flip flops, see the sunshine, (i live in seattle)
travel on fun jaunts to some of my favorite places... and this is one of them...
ralph lauren's east hampton RRL store... it is completely fabulous.

in the middle of pristine shopping (his other stores here are equally as wonderful)
there is something about this one that makes me weak at the knees... but may i ask ...
"mr lauren, can you please add more for women? i cannot continue buying mens vintage!"
it is truly a treasure chest....
after this... i am off to find a lobster roll!

Great building. I'd like to live in it. I'm afraid I would sit on that big old couch taking it all in dreaming what room would be where...

There is a shop like this in Vail; when it's high season you simply cannot get in the door. There are people from Mexico who spend literally $1000's on big stacks of stuff. And, I mean BIG. So you like it too! Yes, so many beautiful things, even blankets.

I'm with BHL - if I visited I'm afraid I may just be tempted to move in! It's gorgeous! I love how everything looks very casually placed (not over-thought!)

I am SO jealous! I've had only one lobster roll in my life and it was out of this world. This store is pretty cool too.
Enjoy your journey.

Oh my gosh - I would have butterflies too if I could get myself to this store. I should imagine I'd need a lot of time simply to take it all in. xx

If I wasn't married to my wonderful husband, I'd definitely marry the Man (or Woman ) who designs RRL stores......seriously.

Wow... what a fabulous store. I saw some lights just like that at a flea market this weekend.... couldn't talk the hubby into them, though. Maybe next time :)

Ahh...strolling the streets of East Hampton, Southampton, Bridgehampton. What a wonderful way to spend the summer. Of course there must be time for dippind one's toes in the sand and ocean too! Hope you get to come east this summer.

I'm hosting a new meme called "Summer Sundays". It's all about what summer means to YOU! Clearly the RL store in East Hampton is part of it!!! Hope you'll come and join the fun.
