We know the afternoon nap as 'Sophia's' in our home - named after the gorgeous Sophia Lauren who makes it a habit to lay down her head each and every afternoon after lunch.

Yes I do wish we had our nap time around 3-4 in the afternoon. That would be heavenly and I think a very smart thing to do!! Ks
