i must confess...

red ticking is in full swing for the holiday season...
decorated to the nines... it is so pretty and i love being there...
so calm and peaceful...

people ask me daily...
"what does your house look like?" "how do you decorate?"
i must admit... i have not done a bit at home... not even a green...
i adore the smell of fresh greens, blooming flowers and twinkly lights...

well, maybe it's time for a little pick me up... this weekend...

an update...
ray's treatment did not work... your thoughts and prayers are so needed for him and his daughter.... xoxo

What a gorgeous picture for Christmas and I so wish I could see your store! I know it will look fabulous! I also love the previous post with the gorgeous tablecloth. I just read also about your friend, Ray. I am so very sorry and sad to hear that his treatment did not go well. It is such a reminder and you are so right dear friend, our health and our families and friends are really all that matter. The here and now is what we have so we should cherish it. Spend TIME with those that MATTER and I so will!
Beautiful post and I hope you have a beautiful lead up to Christmas!
best wishes always
Frances

Ahhh...I'm praying.

I've barely done anything with the house yet, in fact, I'm still getting my shop ready for Christmas. Oy.

God Bless you and your lovely friends!

So sorry to hear that, friend. They are in my prayers.

The Ticking feels like a club house, a place where I feel almost as at home as your home. I hope that you can gather a few greens this weekend -- we are decking our halls tomorrow. XXXXXOOOO

I must confess...I have come to terms with decorating on my own time and not feeling the pressure that the decorations seem to go up right after Halloween!

Prayers for your friend.
