i have always loved this man... yes, a little foodie crush.

i have watched him for years on food network and have his cook books.
i admire how real and true to himself he is.
also his simple, yet organic healthy way of cooking.

his series "food revolution" premiered last night. fantastic...
read more about it here

i think i am falling all over again....

the series begins friday evening... dont miss it.

I watched the premiere last night! I'm going to make my husband watch it with me, who doesn't understand why I won't cook out of a box.

Went to Seabold Market this weekend, thanks for featuring it on your blog!

I love him too - more than a foodie crush! I watched him last night and when he cried, my heart ached for him. Those stupid kitchen women - how can they be so thick! I dreamed I was his assistant last night, and I got to lay into those nasty old gals in small town stupidville.

heather... when he cried... i could not believe it. you know his heart is in the right place.. those hairnet ladies are so set in their ways.. they dont understand what an opportunity they have to learn from him!

A group of us were talking about him at lunch. I missed the premiere of his new show, so I need to catch it. I have a feeling I'll feel really bad about some of the dishes I make out of convenience and rush out to Whole Foods immediately after watching!

Love him, his happy eyes, his ginger cake, his champagne & prawn risotto, and his nicey spicey stir fry. The show was fantastic and I can't wait for more!

Oh, Jamie has been so popular, here in the U.K. since he was really young. We've watched him grow up, become more and more successful, get married and have children. We live quite near to where he lived growing up. His Mum and Dad have a pub there. They do really good food there too !!
I think that he is trying to sort out your school dinners over there. He did it over here and was quite successful although, some parents would bring their children hamburgers to the school gates !!!! There's no teaching some people !! XXXX

Love him!!! I gave a bunch of his books to family and friends for Christmas gifts this year!!! My teenage son Pierre and I have started cooking together once a week from one of his books . . . it is something we can do together and I have told him that someday his wife will adore him for it!!! It will be fun to have the whole family watching - can't wait!! xoxo - liz

I watched that last night. I had never heard of him before. I was touched at how sincere he is. Great series for a great cause.

Yes he is doing alot of good out there, I admire him too!
I watched the UK show, and I couldnt believe some of the parents, they just didnt like the changes at all, and refused to get involved.
Im sure this next series will be a real eye opener, and very successful.I only hope he comes here to Australia!

Fabulous program! We watched it last night. I have so much admiration for him, and so much frustration for the clueless people he is attempting to help. Ignorance and arrogance are a lethal combination.

I adore his big heart. I loved his show on trying to elicit change in those awful School Dinners served up in UK schools. Fresh is best, simple as that.

I only got to see part of it (b/c I was vacuuming!!) But I agree with him: something SERIOUSLY needs to be done with food consumption, esp. for children in the US... did see opening: kids being served PIZZA for breakfast at a SCHOOL!!! Made me sick, and I don't even HAVE kids!!

ThX for posting...
