true blue...

i am sure most of you feel the same way as i do... time is precious and so are family and friendships.
so we think hard about choices we make and how we live our lives. who do we make time for?
well one person is jeanne mckay. most of you know her from her amazing blog i dream of...

she is the complete package. beauty, intelligence, style, talent and of course... amazing personality.

she is a true blue... we plot, play, giggle and dream...
she watched me follow my dream... and now i am watching her follow hers...

thank you for your amazing kindness and support dear friend... you are truly a gem in my life.

charlie...

i am like a little kid when i know charlie will be on the tube...

i know they are all on dvd but there is something about watching the show during the holiday season
and of course... the sappy commercials to fill the gaps...
any other kids out there?

which is your favorite charlie brown special?

no words needed.

11 years... and counting...

red ticking is officially 11 years old this month...
it began out of my apartment years ago...

i shuffled along (had no idea what i was doing or where it would go) and have had faith along the way trusting that this is where i was suppose to be.. then added the storefront (8 years)

a million changes since the build out of the space
many trials, errors and a bit of success thrown in...
i am so pleased that i am able to do what i love and yet have the freedom to enjoy my life.

now being a home owner, designer (still stumbling along and not falling quite as often...)
learning more than i could have ever imagined... and still growing daily...

i want to thank you all for your amazing kindness
and i will continue to work diligently at making red ticking
the best place to come when you need a lift...xx
