i dig this.

i have never been into trends. i am old fashioned and truly a purist.
wallpaper seems to be everywhere at the moment...i find i am a bit tired of it...
i do love old weathered paper (ie john derian's home)

however, this wallpaper has me in a tailspin. i do not remember where i found this image (my sincere apologies) and please let me know if you do so i may credit.

this just screams summertime... beachside cottage...

and if anyone knows where i can find this wallpaper, i would be grateful.
i might find a place for it somewhere... someday...

it looks vintage, doesn't it? Anthro has a great one that's similar if someone doesn't come up with the source.

When I bought my little house in 2001, I wallpapered the tiny hall in a Chinoiserie paper and I have never gotten tired of it. At the time it was rather unfashionable and suburban. Now it's fashionable. but I still love it!

It's lovely.. it doesn't look new + shiny, which can be a very good thing :) xx

I like this photo :) . . . and personally I have always loved a bit of wallpaper here and there!! Like the grain sacks from an earlier post - I will probably always have a love for both of them - regardless of the trends. And this picture is particularly lovely!! . . . xo liz

You might try emailing Designers Guild in London on Kings Road, they are a wealth of information and just might be able to help you. Failing that the team at Peter Jones in London at Sloane Square are just as fab.

Good luck with the hunt!

Oh yes, that looks so good, great on the staircase wall, but not all over the living room. I think that's the main problem, people go overboard with papers.
