tis the season...for thanksgiving!

thanksgiving is fast approaching and it is always now when i wish november could stand still. i think it is one of my favorite months. everyone seems to get into the spirit of the holiday season making plans to be with family and friends and anxiously await the meal we wait all year for...

(why is that? i could eat it once a month!)

well we are in the thanksgiving mode at red ticking and i just love how this vignette came together.. the browns are just fabulous together. very fall... very thankful...

a dear and very wise friend (yes, sarah its you) who completely has the best taste in the world told me at least 2 years ago... "you need to add jewelry to your collection... you will not believe how much you will sell...people love jewelry!"

well, she loves it, i love it, all of my friends love it... so.... i tip toed and added a little bit...it sold. then i tipped a bit further... sold more...and now, i have JUMPED.

i think we have a wonderful collection of some of the best jewelers around and carry something for everyone... and, just in time for holiday gift giving... here is a peek... come in, try it on... it is simply irresistible...

well the anniversary party was a great success... here are a few wonderful photographs for those who were not able to attend.. and a HUGE thank you to all who were there and were so kind... my dear family who flew in from colorado to celebrate with me, friends... i love you all...

my sweet friends are in paris (and i am there in spirit) as i was not able to go... so i wanted to share these with all of you so you could experience the beauty with me.

it's not too early to write santa a letter!!!

anniversary party...

i have to pinch myself. when i began my business 6 years ago, i was scared to death.

i only signed a year lease and prayed i would make it ... would people come? would they like the concept? well, years later i feel so blessed.

red ticking is becoming a lifestyle brand and continues to be a wonderful way to connect with people.

most important, i love what i do and try to encourage others in corporate or dead end jobs to take a leap of faith and follow their dreams.

i wish you all could join us for our 6th year anniversary party this thursday november 12th from 5-8 p.m. 20% of all proceeds of the day's total will go to OSB. operation school bell to clothe children in need. any of you in seattle, please stop by... i would love to see you!

it will truly be a joyous evening and a night to remember... thank you for all of your encouragement and support.
