olympics in our backyard...

this week has been really exciting at red ticking.. we have met so many wonderful people from different places in the country who have flown into seattle on their way to vancouver for the olympics. it is finally settling in that they are indeed beginning tomorrow and excitement is in the air!

i would like to be there ... but honestly, i am not one for crowds... so i would like to be sitting right here watching with my love on the good ol tv...

everyone enjoy.. and have a wonderful weekend...

The excitment of the Olympics is just amazing. I have been to two of them...really wanted to get to this one, but, you know...life!

Enjoy them in the comfort of your home....that sounds oh so cozy!

Blackcombe being my favorite place (with Chamonix) to ski...I would have given anything to be there, instead I will be glued to my TV and live vicariously through these athletes. I get so emotional knowing what it takes to make to that level!

Why wasn't I already following your blog? Afterall, you're just up the road, so to speak, and I love your shop. Nice that you've had so much extra traffic!

Bonjour,
How exciting to meet people from all over and to have the Olympics practically in your backyard. Now I know the perfect seat to watch all the action.
Have a wonderful Valentine's week-end!
