Yum. We just finished cherry season here. Next come pears.
They've been particularly yummy this season haven't they??? I've been eating them non-stop (subtle exageration there).
The birds in our neighborhood have been enjoying them too...our poor neighbors tree is getting picked clean! o~ (<does that look like a cherry?) xo
We have a big communal garden at the center of the our city block, one huge cherry stand in one corner of the property. Birds always get to harvest the red fruits, lucky them!

Delicious...while visiting my parents in May, I actually sat on one of the cherry tree and ate them my heart away...gorgeous big red ripe juicy cherries....
