hideaway...

a couple years ago i was invited by a dear friend to wonderful garden party in a small village known as "oysterville". i had no idea where it was but went along as i knew it would be a fun weekend... when we arrived, a calmness came over me that i cannot explain. it happens to most everyone who visits. it is a truly magical place where you relax, breathe and enjoy time with friends.... if you are ever invited to go... please do.. you will never forget your time spent there. i visit as often as possible and treasure every moment.

Pamela, where is Oysterville located? Is it here in the PNW? Your photos are amazing and make me want to go there before winter arrives!

But first, I really need to make a trip down to Mad Park and see your fall look.... ;0)

That sounds wonderful. I love beach villages with crushed shell walkways

That sounds like such a wonderful place, I love the Pacific Northwest, my sweet daddy who passed away fairly recently was stationed at Ft Lewis some years ago and I spent alot of time in that area... I wish I had gone to Oysterville... thank you also for visiting my blog and leaving a sweet comment... Bisous... Julie Marie

That looked like a lovely spot. Great pics. Thanks for stopping by earlier. Amazing how God directs us to others with similar issues. Hope you come back soon.

5 hours Southwest of Seattle.... that puts it in Oregon....south of Seaside...? Kinda' far to drive - I'll have to be content with my own view. I live on Camano Island!
