the store

red ticking has been a dream come true...
it all began when i turned 16 and got my first antique bedroom set.
i have grown into a true purist...
after many trips to paris, the south of france and lovely places all over the world, i wanted to have a store where i could bring lovely things for others to enjoy what i so love.
enjoy.

Yay Pam! I'm so proud of you for getting your blog up and running. You have such a great eye - it's so fun to see our friends doing exactly what they should be doing!

So...I'm curious. What are the trends you're seeing? How are(or could/should) people be feathering their nests these days...?

I'm taking an art history class at the UW and reading about the Bloomsbury Group. Their slouchy linens, handpainted cabinets and fireplace screens, all-around artful living remind me sooo much of the Red Ticking Way!

Pam, Your store is amazing! If you need a source for gorgeous French antiques, I want to direct you to Rosewood Antiques in Charlottesville, VA. A lovely French man owns the store (he is my retail neighbor) and he has the most fabulous things. The website is: www.rosewoodantiques.com
(He has more things in the store than are posted)
Best to you,

Just love your vision, its an inspiration to treck around with you while your gathering all your new store product and to see you put them together in a way only and artist could.

This is great news. I am so glad you are blogging now. Maybe you can post photos from your buying trips to France. People would love to see what you see there.

And if you post some current items in your store, I would be happy to link to it to send people your way.

Love your shop.
